Discovery Phase
The project started with a comprehensive Discovery Session, where we engaged with FTB's website committee to unearth the unique qualities that set FTB apart from other chambers. While their expertise in planning and public law was evident, it became apparent that their collegiate and nurturing culture needed to be prominently displayed. These insights formed the foundation for our creative exploration.

Creative Concept Development
We presented three distinct creative concepts to FTB in the form of Stylescapes. These sophisticated mood boards explored various fonts, colours, photography styles, and visual language options. Each concept emphasised a different brand characteristic and targeted specific audience personas within the legal community. The Stylescapes served as catalysts for group discussions and evaluations, ensuring alignment with FTB's vision and objectives.

Website Design and Development
Building upon the chosen creative concept, we proposed, designed, and delivered a website that captured the essence of FTB's culture and expertise. Dynamic photographic styles featuring barristers in conversation highlighted teamwork and collaboration, reflecting FTB's collegiate environment. Case studies showcasing benchmark cases in their practice areas underscored FTB's depth of knowledge and experience.

Sears–Davies developed the website to be responsive and optimised for all devices, ensuring seamless user experience across platforms. Additionally, we collaborated with FTB's in-house IT team to optimise hosting infrastructure for performance and security.

Outcome
The identity refresh and website design invigorated FTB's online presence, effectively communicating their expertise and culture to clients and peers alike.
