Challenge
When Nicholson McBride Fisher approached our Sear–Davies, they aimed to create a website that reflected their people-centric philosophy while conveying professionalism, trust, and expertise. Their previous website didn’t reflect their values or unique ability to foster organisational transformation. They needed a digital platform that showcased their services and made their human-focused approach the centrepiece of the user experience.
Our Approach
Understanding that human connection and psychology are at the core of NMF’s work, we designed the new website to emphasise people and relationships in every aspect. We started with the site wireframe, structure and layout, crafted to guide users through an engaging journey that mirrors NMF’s process of working closely with clients to improve organisational performance.
We also ensured the visual identity and language stayed true to NMF’s brand. Their professional yet approachable corporate colours allowed us to maintain consistency and trust with their established audience. Concentric circles became a prominent design feature, symbolising the interconnectedness of people within organisations and the process-driven approach NMF takes to unlock human potential. The circles overlay engaging photography of real people, further reinforcing the human element that defines the NMF brand.

The website was designed and built with a clean, intuitive interface, ensuring easy navigation for users.
