3 Dorset Rise is an exceptional address in a prominent location. Our brief was to create a marketing strategy targeting both the legal and professional markets. Through the use of bold statements and a graphic language to mirror the buildings architecture, we created and delivered a marketing campaign reflecting the high quality of the buildings refurbishment. The redevelopment was launched with an agents breakfast featuring a unique 'lucky dip' with prizes themed around the number '3'.
